Get to know your Labor-approved union candidates

Campaigning season is well underway for Missouri’s April 5 primary election for local municipalities, school boards, service districts and bond issues. These are the positions that have a direct impact on union members where they live and work.

The St. Louis Labor Council announced its nominee and proposals on Feb. 15. You can meet two of the Labor-endorsed union candidate candidates at the following forum and meet-and-greet events.

February 24 – Meet Fox C-6 School Board Candidate, Fox C-6 Tara HaginUFCW Local 655 organizer and St. Louis Labor Council and Missouri NEA endorsed nominee at the Fox Community Teachers Association (CTA) Education Council Candidates Forum from 6 to 8 p.m. h 30 to Roy Wilde Conference Center, 849 Jeffco Blvd, Arnold, MO 63010. The event is open to Fox C-6 staff and the community and streamed live on the Fox C-6 CTA YouTube page.
